| This is the last home my mom lived in. |
Today it dawned on me that tomorrow is October 26th, which will mark 23 years since my mother died from breast cancer. Tomorrow's anniversary is especially poignant since now her and I have something more in common. 23 years ago breast cancer took my mother away from me. I promise you (my friends and family) that I will do everything in my power to make sure breast cancer doesn't take me too. I'm not quite ready to meet my mom again yet.
